Whether it is teaching of sciences or arts, a competent teacher can be a perfect role model for the students. Department trains a candidate in teaching and various aspects associated with it. Shiksha Shashtri, D.El.Ed, Special D.El.Ed (HI/VI/IDD) & Special B.Ed (HI/VI/IDD) Diploma/degree develops skills and widens understanding of the student-teachers so that they may impart quality education to their students with innovative teaching techniques. The course plan trains the learners in Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Research & Development, Curriculum Planning and Teaching Dynamics. After completing the course, they become competent understanding psychological principles of growth and development and individual differences of the students they teach.
