Programs Overview

Law courses are considered to be one of the most prestigious courses and various Law career options are available in both the private and public sectors. Although, most of the lawyers prefer to become an advocate and practice law as a profession. Law courses cannot be pursued in distance education mode. The Bar Council of India (BCI) entertains only those people who practice law as a full-time course. Once a person completes the Law course, there are a lot of job options available rather than becoming just a lawyer such as Legal Advisor, Advocate, Public Prosecutor, Lecturer, Legal Manager, Legal Services Chief etc.

Eligibility Criteria

LLB
Candidate must have passed graduation with 45% for Gen Category (42% for OBC and 40% for SC & ST category)
BA-LLB
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with 50% for Gen Category (47% for OBC and 45% for SC & ST category). Age – Candidate may not be over than 22 year of age on 1st July of the year of admission. Latest rules defined BCI are applicable for admission in BA-LLB
